Slam R 6 Inch Jerk Bait

The Slam R is one of the oldest and most productive jerk baits on the market today. I discovered this bait in the late 1980’s and it quickly became one of my go to lures. A versatile bait, it can be rigged weedless on our weighted swim jigs or un-weighted on a wide gap jig hook. For a different action in a little deeper water rig on our skimmer jig. Work the bait with short, sharp twitches of your rod tip to make your lure dart side to side like a wounded bait fish, trout, snook, redfish and flounder.
